Conference Rate and Reservations Deadline

To receive the NACHRI group rate, contact Grand Hyatt Denver by April 14, 2008. To make reservations, call 800/233-1234 and mention the NACHRI Facilities Design Conference. Rooms are on a first-come, first-served basis and may be depleted prior to the cutoff date.

Single/Double $239 per night, plus applicable 14.85% tax (as of 12/03/07)

Room Deposit and Cancellation

All reservations must be guaranteed at the time of booking with a first night’s deposit or a major credit card. In order to cancel a reservation without penalty, it needs to be canceled 24 hours prior to the date of arrival by 4 p.m. Penalty is one night room and tax.

Airport

Denver International Airport is approximately 40 minutes/23 miles from the Grand Hyatt Denver.

Taxis

Taxis are approximately $45 each way.

Shuttle Services

Cost is $19 per person each way, $34 round trip. Shuttles run 5:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., approximately every 20 minutes. The shuttle ticket counters are located on Terminal Level 5, across from the rental car agencies. Reservations are not required. For ticket information, call 800/258-3826 or 303/316-3865.

Parking at the Hotel

Parking is available on a first-come, first served basis. Valet parking is available for $26 overnight, and the daily rate to park in the garage is $16 with in and out privileges.
