Registration Fees 

 NACHRI Members (early bird Aug. 22) $870.00 
 NACHRI Members (regular rate) $995.00
 Non-member Children's Hospital  $1,170.00

Payment and Cancellation

Payment must be submitted in advance of the meeting. Participants who have not paid prior to the meeting are required to pay by check or credit card when registering on site. Payments postmarked after the cutoff date of August 22 for early bird registration will be billed at the regular registration rate.

Registrants are encouraged to send substitutions in the event they cannot attend. All cancellations will be assessed a $100 administrative fee for the conference. Cancellations must be in writing and received no later than Sept. 12 to receive a full refund, minus administrative fees. Cancellations received between Sept. 13 – Oct. 3 will be refunded 50 percent of the registration fees paid, minus administrative fees. Refunds will be processed following the conference. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Oct. 3.
