NACHRI Mission, Vision and Goals
Mission
NACHRI promotes the health and well-being of children and their
families through support of children's hospitals and health systems that
are committed to excellence in providing health care to children. It does so through advocacy, education, research
and health promotion.
Vision
NACHRI and its members are driven by a
vision of a society in which all the nation’s children achieve
their health potential.
Goals
NACHRI helps children’s hospitals:
- Advance equitable reimbursement and funding policies for pediatric care
- Improve children's hospitals' quality and efficiency of care
- Support children's hospitals' commitment to excellence
- Strengthen the advocacy capacity of children's hospitals nationwide
- Promote the unique role and value of children's hospitals
N.A.C.H. Mission, Vision and Goals
Mission
N.A.C.H. advocates for public policies that support
the ability of children’s hospitals to fulfill their missions of
clinical care, education, research, and advocacy to advance health care
for all children.
Vision
N.A.C.H. and its members are driven by
the vision of a society in which all children and their families have
access to the full continuum of pediatric health care services needed to
allow each child to achieve optimum health status. In achieving this
vision, N.A.C.H. champions public policy that promotes high-quality,
cost-effective clinical care, education, research and advocacy for
children and their families.
Goals
Through federal advocacy,
collaboration and communication services,
N.A.C.H. advocates for public policies that:

Support the mission of children’s hospitals to train providers of care devoted to the treatment of children
- Support the mission of children’s hospitals to conduct research that improves health care for children
- Promote children’s hospitals’ mission of promoting the health and well being of all children in the community
