DeVos Children's Hospital was created in 1993 to fill a critical gap in West Michigan healthcare - the need for a hospital devoted solely and specifically to children. More than a decade later, we have become a tertiary referral center and an established leader dedicated to improving the health and lives of children and families.

Our clinical teams of respected physicians, specifically trained nurses and caring support staff also include the pediatricians of tomorrow -medical students and residents in our physician training program. To our communities and our region, we are a vital resource, providing exceptional care to every child who comes to us, regardless of ability to pay.
